.300 Whisper - loading dies and advice

I guess I'll be reloading .300 Whisper soon.

Ordered 1000 brass, and am digging up load info from the NET.

Any one have .300 Whisper dies to sell or reloading info to share??

I wish you the best of luck. JD Jones, owner of SSK and developer of the Whisper cartridges has a proprietary deal with ALL of the major die makers, he must authorize the production of every set sold, is what he told me, and since the law changes in the US regarding anything deemed military use, he is not allowed to offer anything, to us terrorist harboring countyfolk.
Unless you find some that are already in country , you make be pooched

I believe the calibre Laz may be looking for is .300-Fireball.

Redding lists the .300/221 Whisper as a series "D" cartridge and product # 84432 for the deluxe die set.

The 300 Whisper is also refered as the 300/221... that way some dies maker do not have to pay royalties...

I talked with Keith davis, who forms and cuts to length to brass for .300 wahtwasthat?.

He says the main difference is that the "genuine" Whisper chambers are quite a bit shorter at the neck. He will trim his brass to suit, but since my barrels ar OLY, they should have lots of room at the neck.
