LeBarons is hit or miss if it's in stock. I've heard many people joke that "LeBaron" is French for "out of stock". Usually the best prices around, just unreliable with what they have on the shelf.
SAIL in the East end usually has a good supply of rifle ammo and may be your best bet for the .300WM but they often have very little pistol ammo.
Other than some small shops that don't carry much stock and of course Walmart and Canadian Tire that's about it for Ottawa itself.
Close by there is also Al's Corner Store, Higginson Powder, Trade Ex, That Hunting and Fishing Store, and a couple others but I don't frequent any of those so don't know what their normal stock is like.
