I just purchased a new Sako A7 300wsm for moose hunting. I plan to shoot the 200 gr accubond (I like the .588 bc for long distance performance). The nosler manual lists a load, 67.0 gr of RL22 pushing it at 2944 fps. I will work my way up to this load and see how it shoots.

Any suggestions.....or other powders that you have had good luck with the 200gr NAB in 300 wsm.

tdk : can't really help ya out too much but I have some info that may help.
I had good luck with W760 for velocity and accuracy.
I have luck with H4831 for accuracy.
I have no luck with IMR 4350.
I had no luck with 180gr Accubonds but great accuracy and velocity with the Hornady interbond. Haven't tried any 200's yet. Working on some 165 TTSX's & 150 TTSX's.
I have a Winchester M70 with 24inch barrel 1:10twist.
Let us know how you make out.

Nothing to offer on the powder selection, but you should expect a BC of more like .534 for the 200gr. accubond, not .588. This is based on testing by Bryan Litz in his book on long range shooting. Many published BC's are not at all accurate.
