303 Br ammuntion

There's more than one "red primer sealed" ammo out there - the boxer primed ammo is all non-corrosive. Fire a round and look down the hole.

I believe that that particular vintage of PPU is Berdan primed and corrosive. I shot lots of it i the early '90's. Good ammo, smells like rotten eggs.

why is 303 so expensive and hard to find now? With the thousands of 303 rifles in Canada, shouldn't there be more demand?

I hear ya, it’s 90 f’ing dollars a box locally for federal/Winchester, that’s if you can find it. Outrageous.

On some further investigation, you are correct. Corrosive.
