Last time I was at the range with my Lee Enfield #4. I closed the bolt it closed normal now it is stuck I can't open it. What to do? Would it hurt it to open the bolt with some force.

Make sure the cocking piece isn't at half ####. If a case is stuck, drop a rod down the bore, try the handle, repeat. This can loosen a stuck case. Better find out what is going on before using the rifle.

The bolt fell out when one of the kids I was with picked it up from the bench. Actions open on the line. and the bolt fell on the ground picked it up cleaned it up and closed the action now I can't open it

I've had the case where the bolt was "half cocked" as mentioned by tiriaq...just pull the knob on the very back of the bolt into a full cocked position and you're good to go from there...if this is the case :p

If it fell out, is it possible the bolt head backed off 1 turn? If you managed to get the action closed I bet it would be really tight to open after.
