.303 British availability

Where is a good place to find .303 British ammo in the HRM area? The usual places are not turning up any, I know I've got to take up reloading; but in the meantime?

I couldn't find any

I tried looking around as well. The best place I've found is on the net. Districorp sells their ammo in bulk for about .68 or so per round. But when you figure in taxes and shipping, its about .78 or so then if not more.

Finding it strickly around HRM...good luck. If you do find somewhere, please let me know. I'll be needed it for late summer/fall.

I think I'll try JD's and maybe LM surplus tomorrow, JD is out in Prospect, L&M is out the Sackville Drive towards Uniacke, he's a good guy btw.

Never heard of L&M. What can you tell me about them?

Out Sackville Drive on the way to Uniacke, Dartmouth side, run by a good guy, he has some surplus clothing, some rifles and shotguns there, and other interesting doo dads. In case you're interested he has a synthetic stocked Remington 7600 in 30-06 with scope, something like $725.00 or so.

They both had only a box of .303 on hand. Looks like I might be taking up reloading.

Thats good news. I'm going to be buying in bulk personally. Usually its cheapest. I too will be taking up reloading for my 7.62x54R, 303 Bri, and 30-06 at some point next year. I won't be buying any 303 Brit or 30-06 for a while anyways.
