Anybody know or can direct me to info on barrel length vs. velocity for the .303 Brit. Even off hand figures would be app. THX.

I have a 22"in sommerset barrel on my No4, i was told why 22 in but that was a long time ago and i forgot why.

i have one in 18.5" and i see no diff from the stock size at 100 yards. *(did not try over 100 yards)*
