Does anyone know where a fellow could buy 303 brit go/no go gauges? I tried google but only Midway came up.
Also there's one member here who sells a few tools for Enfields, including a no-go gauge (got one from him); can't remember the exact CGN name though, darn! Try doing a search in the EE section, I'm sure it's still in there,

I think it was Gairlochian....correct spelling???
.303 Brit is an interesting cartridge to guage; as it is rimmed, the gage measures only the rim clearance, what it does not tell you is the size or condition of the chamber or throat. The best choice is to get a real gunsmith to have a look into it. Some of the stuff floating around on the market will pass a head space check, but separate brand new cases every time.
