303 GO NO-GO Gauges

Hi again, I want to check the headspace of a Bubba'd SVT40 converted to 303Brit. Would Go No-Go gauges work? Where to obtain them?

They have listed "GO", NO-GO and Field". What is a Field gauge, he asked innocently?

In order of case length (short to long)
1. Go Gauge
2. No-Go Gauge
3. Field Gauge

If your rifle closes on a field gauge you have a problem.

Don't know anything about the SVT40 but it may not be easy to do correctly depending on the design.
