So next weekend we are off for a good solid nudge in the bush chasing Sambar Stags as they seem to be in Rut with spring in the air well an truely now, the wattle is blooming yellow in an otherwise green environment !

after selling off the marlin 3006 an the tikka 9.3 im down to a good base of rifles for my needs, the kimber is all sighted rearing to go with Woodleigh 140s for go to hunting and the ruger is now looking like it will get a good bit of use for day hunts and what not.

so im down to a few 215s , was gifted a box of 150gr sellier bellot factories , So ive resighted with them just today to get it ready for a bush stalk somewhere yet to be determined this weekend!

100m i walked the shots in which printed really high comparing 2000 fps to about 2500fps :p

the dirt is wet an hard so didnt penetrate much an folded up real bad, its not a test medium for game..
will use up these and then load the 174gr woodleigh ppsn, treating it as my 308/3006

looking forward to toting this one around an gettin a few scratches on it :D i dont care for the re-sale down under, the 303 number 1s are sitting around with a premium

I went back an shot the 375 win model 94 at 100m , printed 2 shots about 1.5 apart. and at 180m the elevation was inline with the target , i was just off a bit- open sighted i expected more drop but maybe thats the beauty of the aperture sights, hold on and its generally on point?!

the 303 at 180m was about 5 inch low with a 100m Zero 150gr SB
