Twenty years or more ago, primed brass was common. With the new attitudes on shipping, it is not worth the extra money shipping brass as "dangerous goods" with the added fees. It is much easier, simpler, and cheaper to buy unprimed cases. Since you obviously reload as you want primed cases, it would be more to your advantage to buy the unprimed cases and prime them yourself. In fact, with the savings in NOT paying the Hazmat premium prices charged, you could buy a good priming tool and still come out ahead.

Although I am a bit curious as to what advantages you think you might gain with primed cases.

I hope you can find your primed brass. I haven't seen any around in my travels. As far as priming brass goes its fast and easy and would be cheaper to do yourself but its up to you.

No such thing. And if you can't be bothered to prime 'em, are you going to load safely or just stuff any powder in and hope you don't blow up your rifle?
New brass is not ready to load either. It needs to be checked for length, trimmed/chamfered and deburred as required and FL resized, first.

i have found primed brass exactly twice, both times in a dust covered box, both times it was 308, if you are using a lee loader and dont like the priming step, get a hand primer

I'll bet he is trying to make Mexican match ammo for his 303 but pulling the bullet on surplus x39 and dumping the powder in the case and reusing the pulled bullet...........I love guys like this, even more so when I don't share the same range as they do..........

not so unusual. In fact the op asked a legit question. I buy primed 24g hulls for use in my Snider Enfeild. They are cheap and easy to use. I don't reload them as the Snider isn't kind to the fired hulles.

I bought primed Browning (Norma) .30-06 recently, but it was obviously new/old stock.
That being said, just buy unprimed .303 and perform the extra step.
Shipping primed falls in to PAL/Hazmat category, as others have said, and is more of a headache, along with being more expensive.

Some of the PRVI partizan stuff comes primed from factory, but I see this as a pain for shipping...for the additional shipping cost you could probably buy a lee hand primer and a box of primers!
