Most RELIABLE source of noncorrosive .303 ammo is your own basement. I NEVER run out of .303 because I load my own.
The NRF likes 38 grains, the Lithgow likes 37, but they both want IMR-4895, the Ross wants 35.5 but it likes the H-4895, the P-'14 wants 40 of 4064 and so forth.
So, with only 1000 DI casings, most of which I still have never loaded, I am keeping 20 rifles very happy on the range and I only buy 2 boxes of bullets, 3 tins of powder and a single sleeve of primers.
The P-'14 gives ragged-single-hole groups but it has a scope, the Ross does likewise but it still has its iron sights, the NRF does an even inch and the Lithgow just over half of that. You can NOT do that with factory ammo.
But I'm a cheap Scotsman (with a bit of Norse, some Celt, likely a bit of Beaker, a chunk of Jute and some Angle and Saxon in the background, plus the Norman that we don't talk about) and so I want to shoot a lot and do it for CHEAP. So I also have a tin of Red Dot and a bullet mould and the C.E. Harris UNIVERSAL LOAD is about to get a workout. It's more accurate than any surplus ammo..... and it's 10 rounds for a dollar and it's always fresh.
Do I make my point?
PS: Partizan is good brass if you can't find DI, which is the Absolute Best.
