.303B identity

Ok here's some more stuff I dug out of my gun room.
It's marked 1943 DI Z on the rim, it's a .303B cartridge but they have a silver painted end much resembling a Silvertip bullet, the very tip is unpainted. They appear to be hardball ammo except for painted end?

And here is another couple of oddities.
Again .303B but appear to be harball ammo but has a bright silver colored base to the bullet?

A white tipped bullet is trace. Blue is incendiary. The 'B' on the headstamp indicates incendiary. Don't even think about shooting an incendiary. They're illegal to even have.
"K1942 G.V" is Indian. Both Defense Industries that used to be in Montreal and the Dum Dum Arsenal in India used 'DI' on the headstamp.
