.308 Ammo.. can you still get it?

can you still got .308 in bulk for less then $1.00 a round? I see some have it for like $495 for 500 rds+s&h... come on now we can do better then that. PM me if you know a guy who knows a guy, or should we wait for marstar to get more in?

I've been snapping up winchester 150 gr hunting ammo for 17.25 a box...... grabbed 6 this mornin from my local wallymart...... cleaned em out :D
apparently walmart , canada wide, is going to liquidate thier ammunition and no longer carry it. As stores sell out, they will not be restocked..... I was told this today by the local wallymart sporting goods manager who does all thier ordering.

The guy posted at 3 am, probably a night guy like me, who considers a day to go on, until I go to sleep. I'd still call it thursday the 25th right now, despite it being 3:11 am on the 26th. But that is interesting news about walmart, is it in anyway confirmed, chain wide, or just local?

It's an interesting way to live, when your first thing in the morning is 12 noon :cool: I wanna slap folks who think it's cute to say good morning at 12:01 AM, work nights for a decade, and see if it's still funny to say that.
 
ya, i meant the 24th.... christmas eve........ and yes .... night owl big time.
bed at 3:30 is....... roll into work around 10 or noon......... head home around 3 to 6 hehehe spend some time with the wife...... then it's up makin rifle stocks and surfin cgn hehehehe next day repeat :D
 
I bet alot of that price , Trucker , was for shipping.
.308 win. or 7.62nato ?
I've seen some 7.62nato lately in bandoleers ( boxed 5rd stripperclips) selling for $35 - 60rds.
Bought a few for my 2A1
Gunshows are a good place to look for this fodder.
