.308 brass from .243?

I know it"s possible to neck 308 down to 243, but what about the other way round? I just put a 243 case through a 308 lee collett die, and it seems to be ok. Apart from the danger of mixing them up(red nail polish required!) should this be safe? I have loads of 243 fed brass and Rel 15 and I want to plink with my 308 and fmj"s over the summer(cash is very short at present!).
any thoughts?

Yes it will work fine. Lube well and inspect each case closely after resizing. - dan
