I just purchased a Sako Finnlight 308 with a 1 in 11 twist.

Would the Barnes 130gr. TSX or TTSX be too light for stabilization?

As spooksar said, it all depends what you want to do with it.
I've run all the way down to 110gr V-max in my 308's for varmint loads and even had them cycle an AR-10 printing around 1 inch at 100 yards. Not a good long range load but as long as you use a powder with an appropriate burn rate for the projectile weight chosen you should be able to get good results from almost any projectile weight from an 11 twist.

That will be a very good all around hunting bullet. 130 gr. copper bullet is pretty similar in length to a 150 grain lead core, and many, many .308 150 grain bullets have been accurately shot out of 1-10" 1-11" and 1-12" twist barrels.
