.308 or .300WM

So I have a vg- exc condition model 88 that was passed down to me, I also have a barrel in .300WM for T/C my Encore. I purchased the Encore in the 209 x.50 configuration cause it's my new fetish. I love the .300 WM capabilities but I fear I'll never use the model 88
So what should I do..."suck it up butter cup" and live with .308 ballistics as well as .50cal inline?????????????????????????
And yes,money is a petite issue........my 10 year anniversary (wife)

you're in Borden, so I'll wager most of your hunting is in ontario? NOTHING, NOTHING there that needs anything more then a .308.

moose inside 200m, deer inside 300m. what more do you need?

I'm here on course till Feb. 9th then back to Wainwright Alberta.
I've yet to shoot anything over 200yds either.

It was my choice and I'm pretty darn happy with it. Next would be a .338 Lapua Magnum or .50 BMG
