.308 PRVI brass

As far as case volume... is PRVI brass closer to commercial or military spec. I'm wondering if I should reload it with the same amount of powder I would use for other commericial, or military brass.

Some peoples volume tests did not show a lot of types of military brass as being thicker/holding less powder/air. I would either test the cases yourself, or begin with the manuals starting charges and work up as with any normal loads. If a 308 takes 40-45gr max of a normal powder I don't believe the theory that the NATO case must start at 37gr etc. I start at the same as commercial.
