308 varmint bullet

I go to South Dakota shooting PD with a couple of Savage rifles in 22-250. Next year I plan on bring my new CZ 557 varmint in 308. I have hand loaded lots for my POF AR in 308 but no long range varmint loads. Can anyone reco a good bullet for tis application. I do like nolser moly coated bullets but willing to try other bullets

I have used a lot of Sierra 125 SPs. They are extremely accurate for a light bullet. Wind would be a bit of an issue beyond 300 yards.
