Can anyone tell me where to buy 30mm TO 1" scope ring inserts. They effectively size down 30mm rings to 1" rings. The reason I'm doing this is because I really like Burris Signature ZEE rings but I require quick release as well which Burris does not offer in this type. Any of you that use Signature Zee's no doubt understand how they will never mark up scope tubes. So I'm trying to get the best of both worlds, no ring marks on scope tube and QRW at the same time. The reason I need QRW rings is because my biathlon action needs to have the scope removed to take the bolt out.
I see these ring inserts for sale in the US, just wondering if anyone in Canada has them.

I was in Cabela's Winnipeg this afternoon and they had them in stock, and way cheaper than I paid for the same thing from Brownell's a couple of years ago.
