Sorry I'm a bit late to the party. Hornady makes bullets for the .32 in their Leverevolution line I suggest you look into. They're a neoprene tipped Spitzer round you can use in lever gun tube magazines without the risk usually associated with Spitzer, but all of the aerodynamic bonuses. If you are looking to load your own, they also sell the 165 gn projectiles as a FTX bullet.
Incidentally, the uncertain future of the .32 Winchester is what pushed me into reloading a few years ago. Not a common round, never has been popular, but it has it's roots in black powder, so it seems to survive.
