anyone knows where i can find 8mm Muaser bullets In .323 Diameter?

Jerry at Mystic Precision can get you PRVI 198gn FMJ, I got a box from him earlier this year.

Sierra also makes a 200 gn HPBT match bullet, I am not sure if Jerry can get these

There are a number of 8mm [.323"] bullets available. Speer makes a 170 and a 200 grain, Hornady makes a 150 and a 195 grain, Nosler makes a 180 grain & 2 designs of 200 grains, Sierra makes a 175 and a 220 grain, Remington markets a 185 grain. Tradeex or Corlane's sell Woodleigh bullets, which are available in 196gr, 220gr and 250gr. They even sell 200gr bullets for the poor guys stuck with .318" bores.
