So I'm looking for a barrel in a 32spl but I'm having no luck in finding one so is it possible to rechamber the rifle to another caliber that I might have a better chance in finding a barrel for it ??

Can you better explain what the issue is? Why do you need a barrel? And why does it need to be .32 Special? What are you trying to achieve?

You mean , screwing on a 30 30 barrel? Or something like that.

HOMESTEAD PARTS

Yeah there are a number of cartridges that should be pretty easy as they are all based on the same parent cartridge. I'm not sure on an 1894 whether it'd be just a barrel swap, or if there were different internals for reliable feeding of various cartridges, but 25-35, 30-30, 32-40, 38-55 should be easy conversions.

Chris.

In my experience, M94 barrels are just about interchangeable. Best example is when I installed a barrel from a commemorative on a receiver with a 4 digit serial. Screwed in and indexed.
I expect that the lifter, etc. in a .32 would be identical to a .30-30.
