338/378 Weatherby loads

I'm looking for suggestions for bullets, weights, loads etc. My Accumark is not grouping worth a darn. I've had it bedded with no noticeable improvement. I purchased it for long range but I'm not yet confident in the gun to use it for hunting.

My cousins rifle wouldn't shoot normal weight 338 bullets in nice groups. He had to use really light stuff. If I remember right 200gr was ok but 180 was perfect. He fired maybe 300 rounds trying things before he rebarreled with a barrel out of BC and now it shoots very well with heavy bullets.
