Hello All,

Im planning on taking the Rob Furlong marksmanship course high Angle Precision and apparently they are shooting upto 2600metres.

Would you recommend 250 or 300 grain 338 lapua for this distance shooting?

Thanks in advance.

AHhh that’s so sweet ...one day I plan on doing it as well
Good for you and learn lots ...have fun
I would guess the 300 would be best for bucking the wind ...since the us army went with the 338 for there sniper rifles ...I remember the video they talk about the entire gun but can’t remember if they were using 285 gn or 300 otm Berger bullets
Cheers have fun

If not for COVID I don't think I would've been able to take this class (convince my wife lol).
