Try 93 -100 grains of Retumbo and I think you will be happy!!! 96.5 gives me 3000 fps avg on the nose!!! I shoot the 250 Lapua Scenars!!

My load for 250gr Lapua Scenars was:
91.5 gr RL 25
Fed 215M primer
Lapua brass
3.675" oal (this will be different with the Accubond)
2960fps
3/4" at 300m(not internet groups either)
This was also in a Sako TRG 42 and it shot amazing groups.
