338 Lapua group size??????

Hey Guys I was wondering what size of groups are you getting.
If you can post the type of rifle and the distance you shot the group at would be great. Pics would be nice to

.338 Lapua accuracy

I was out 2 weeks ago and had my TRG-42 out to confirm zero. The first 3 went into .245" at 100 yards. After adjusting zero I made the come ups and shot at 200 yards. The 3 round group went .204 MOA (.408") at 200.

I am shooting 250 gr scenars at 3120 avg. and retumbo powder, with Fed 215m. col ??? They fit in the mag, if I were at my bench I could tell you. I'm thinking .020" off the lands.

Factory barrel, and it seems to be geting better the more I shoot it!!!Never got any pics sorry

i gotta ATRS .338 LAI

and it does .557 inch groupings at 300m. Witnessed by fellow CGNers

I let a buddy shoot it about 3 weeks ago. His 5 shot group at 200m was .613 at 200m. Never shot one before. Not bad.

Gotta love the 300gr smks at 3000fps

For those new to the site, it should be explained that Gunnutz inches are actually quite a bit larger then regular inches, multiply by a factor of 2.5 for actual group sizes.
 
Here are mine, to make sure nobody insult me with a 2.5 factor
Gun is a TRG-42, load is factory black hills match
3 shoot group on each target, left is 300 feet (ZERO), right is 1000 feet and 2500 feet is just under 4in for 5 shot (no pic)
why feet ?? most of people in my area hunt, 1 hunter was smart enough to install a shooting field behind his house with a ZERO target at 300 feet, and then one at 500 feet, and then, one at 1000, 1500, 2000 and so.... we have up to 3200 feet, i'll post pic of the steel target we are shooting this week-end at 2500 and 3200 feet

If the conditions are there, i see no reason it is impossible, last year, i was shooting under a hydro transmission line at 800M (range finder) and i have printed few 3 shoot group around 3 inches, with again, black hills match ammo...

If someone here CAN'T do it, dosent mean nobody can do it...
 
Best I did with a 7 mag, 5 into 2.25 " vor, 1.5 " vert. @500 meters first time out to practice...then took silver during the match , so its all about the gear I figure. I want , but will naver have the means to get me a M-98, VERY sad.
