338 Marlin Express

Anyone have any input on this new chambering? I currently use a 444 and was considering switching to a BLR for more downrange energy. Then they come out with this! Any info at all would be appreciated.

Thanks Sako. Went to the sportsmen show in TO today but no new Marlins there. I did however get to play with a BLR PG takedown and it fits me quite well. Whats your opinion on these new marlin calibers, think they'll stay around?

I think the need is there for a hard hitting md bore in a lever. There's been some good ones but they are no longer made. Hope it sticks around. We've got one left on next week's order not spoken for.
