.338 Win Mag rebored to .358 Norma Mag

I'm looking to find someone that can bore and re-rifle my Ruger Number 1 .338 Win Mag to .358 Norma Mag. I don't want to wait 2 years for it to be done.

I guess the to main guys would be Ted Gaillard and Ron Smith? Does anyone have their contact information?
