I will take quite a bit of time, for sure, but can be done. I once took a .30-06 out to .300 H&H this way, and it took forever! Guntech is right about the headspace, due to both rounds headspacing on the belt, which is already cut. If it were me, I would cut most of the chamber, then when you are getting close, you could start putting Prussian blue on the cutting face of the belt area on the reamer, and constantly check the reamer. When it shows ANY sign of being touched, you are done. I always wanted to do this conversion myself, to a Weatherby Vanguard, but the 24" barrel always stopped me.
