340 savage side mount scope question

Have 340 series savage in 222 looking to mount a new scope on 1" tube
Weaver side mount 1" mount won't fit because of newer scope have a lobe in bottom scope for parallax adjusting knob
Measured needed 22.5mm cut away
To use old mounts
