35 Whelen barrel?

What is a good takeoff barrel worth? I plan to put ito. A 98 or 96. Any direction to who has one would also be welcome, thanks. This will be used mostly for cast.

Used barrels are worth between $100 and $200, depending on how badly you want it. As for where, put WTB ad in the EE. I put up an ad looking for a project barrel and received an offer for one that exceeded my requirements in less than a day. However, a .35 barrel may be tough to find as it's not one of the common calibers. Used/Take-off barrels in .338, .308, 7mm, 6.5mm, 6mm and .223 are very common, others not so much.
