Have been told by a couple of others that the Federal Prewmium 225gr. Bonded
Bear Claw factory loads are also very good ... just haven't used them on game myself yet.

if you can get the 225 gr Federal Premium Trophy Bonded Bear Claws to shoot accurately in your rifle you may not even get excited about reloading.... :D I tried a box in my Whelen when I first got it put together.....velocities ran from about 2750 to a whopping 2813fps....sadly..they shot groups of about 2-1/2"....in my rifle.

I ended up with a max load of Rel15 pushing a 225 Partition at 2725 fps.

I too enjoy hearing that "smack" when my bullet hits a moose.
It brings a huge smile to my face.
I have only worked up one load for this particular Rem 7600 and It has worked very well on many Moose, several Elk and some Deer.
The inexpensive Hornady 250 gr SP bullets work so well that I figure I'm wasting my money if I go to more expensive bullets. I have a bag full of Speer 250 gr hot-core bullets that I want to try next.
These 35 cal 250 gr bullets are awesome killers when placed properly!
Good Luck
John
