35 Whelen Pistol Bullets

Has anyone worked up a load for .358 jacketed handgun bullets in a 35 whelen?

I used 15 gr of Unique.

if I was doing it again, i would also try 2400

Speer lists 45 grains ( Do not reduce) IMR 4895 with 158 gr. jacketed bullets with a light crimp for a velocity of 1979 fps. in a 22" barelled 35 Whelen.

If you want chicken loads try 8-10 grains of Unique and standard primer........................Harold
