You can work with as little as 10 grs (carefully so as to avoid bullets that don't exit the bore) and as much as 25 grs, and still be well within safe pressure limits.

You make no mention of the specific bullet.

If it's a jacketed bullet, you can work the entire range (being careful at the low end).

If the bullet is cast, a gas-checked bullet will potentially be able to work even at the higher levels, but a plain-base will be restricted to the lower half of that range.
