350 g&h

I am thinking of building a new rifle. I currently have a Husky 358 norma in the safe, though would like another 35 magnum. I have pre 64 winchester action off a 300H&H that I was thinking of using. Just curious if anyone has build a 350 G&H before, also if anyone knows a smith with a reamer? Any major work need to be done to the action for this to work? How is the performance of the 350 G&H? And what would be a good twist rate for the cartridge (1-12 or 1-14?) Thanks in advance.
