Was looking for a helping hand with this one guys, have an old manual showing load data with the old faithful 4350 and 4891 powders, 870 and have a new wild cat book on order from my gun store.
But that does not help me now, if anyone owns or has any history or documentation on this wild cat could you please pm me or if you even shoot one and have some ballistics?
Regards
Jason

super mag 444, have yet to make it to the gun store but thinking a 225, bonded bullet or partition, type, heard claims of some guys pushing out velocity over 3200 with a 225 an pushing the 3300 limits? dont need that power but hey why not?
I think RL-22 may be a good one to go with as well

Just plugged in some data into quickloads, and RL22 is too slow. Seems RL15 works, but no way you will get 3200-3300fps from a 24" barrel. More like 2900-2950fps at the most with 225gr Nosler Part.

Thanks 444, for the info.
maybe 4350 is the way to go, I found some data showing RL-22 at a max load of 94.0 g for it. But you might be right RL-15 loods better.

BTW its a 27" Custom Barrel

Should be somewhat similar to my old 338-8MM Mag. for loads. Slightly over 3100 with 225s was max. If yours is a 375 necked up(tapered) I doubt you'll go this fast. If its an improved H&H case you'll go slightly faster. You should be in the 4350 range. Nothing slower than IMR 4831. Unless you want to go with heavier bullets.

MTM Its a blown out H&H case, not trimming required. Just fooling with them now, very large case capacity by the looks.
Some one emailed me with load data on this beauty! showing RL-22 with a charge of 94.0 graind will get ya into 3150s I guess time will tell, waiting for my mannual to double check the case dimentions.

It real name is the 35 Masburn Super Mag.

It's possible to push 225's around 3000fps with the 340 weatherby, so I wouldn't be too surprised if you could hit 3100, depending on throat/freebore and barrel characteristics
