How much of an advantage, purely on performance, would there be between the 350 Rem Mag and the 358 WSM wildcat? What about a .375 WSM, how would that perform? Does anyone have any experience with these wildcats?

I own and shoot a 350, built on a standard length 98 action. Let's you sit the bullets out where they belong. Also makes it just a tad faster then my 35 Whelen. In the 350 I get 2600 fps with 250 gr bullets, my Whelen won't do that (but it's close). The WSM would give you maybe a 50-100 fps velocity advantage over that. I've never tried a 375 WSM, used to own a 375 Whelen tho', I would expect the ballistics to be very similar. - dan

How did you find the .375 Whelen compared to the .350 or 35 Whelen?
