I bought a bag of .338Win Mag brass fairly cheap and made 40 cases (could have done a 100) but the 350 Rem Mag is not a fussy round AND you generally wont be firing 100 plus rounds at a sitting (or laying). I imagine you could also use 300 Win Mag and probably 375 H&H (although the latter is sometimes a little more pricey) .... just make absolutely sure you keep the loaded ammo separated and clearly marked as to what it really is so someone doesnt slip a 200gr 350 with a .338 headstamp into a 338 chamber. . the advantage of using 375H&H stamped brass is that you would `notice`something was odd pretty quick.I intend to reload, nice to have a source of factory if needed! Which base brass do you make 350 from? I thought it was an odd duck on its own!
Thanks! 350 in a 338 chamber could prove to be interesting lol. If you can fire 100 plus rounds in a sitting out of my model 7 you have way more hair on your clangers than I have!
