I am looking to buy ammo for my s&w 586 that will arrive tomorrow. I have found site sponsors that sell wolf and pmc brand. I will only buy brass cased as i will be reloading. Any one have any good or bad results with these brands? Any other advice is always welcome. Thanks, Kelly

Good to hear. Just bought a 586 s&w and am dying to go shoot it. Have been having trouble finding a lot of availability on the reasonably priced 50 packs of plinking ammo. I figure i will buy a couple of hundred rounds and then reload the brass. Thanks for the reply
I would avoid S&B if you can. When their 357 bullet jackets were tearing apart in the forcing cone of my brand new 586 they told me it was the fact that I had shot 6 lead rounds before their bullets and this was perfectly acceptable.
I guess the guys who fire a couple jacketed bullets, to clean out the barrels, after dozens of lead bullets are just asking for it according to the company.
