will the availability be better in the spring?

seems to be about a buck a round right now

bought a Pedersoli rolling block in 357 and now looking for ammo

bought a pile of rimfire and 9mm the last few months when on sale but the 357 seems to ignore the % off trend

is it not a very popular round?

and yes I know all about the powder and components shortages

just curious as I did not think it would be hard to find loaded ammo right now
 
$500/1000 used to be a thing but the panic screwed that up. No one has a crystal ball to say when the prices will return to normal if they ever even do. There isn't just a components shortage, it's a shortage period.
 
Its going to take many more months for supply to somewhat catch up to demand. Prices may come down a little but will not fall to pre-covid levels, IMHO. Powder, primers and some bullets are in very short supply as well.
