 so I reload 1000 rounds of 38+p with titegroup, with a charge of 4.5 gr, I did check the first 300 not a problem, in my last tray of cases I check first 10 cases with powder then all of then , guess what, the powder in all the cases was 5.0 gr, what did you guys think, will be this load be safe in a 357 magnum revolver, or maybe there will be to much pressure for the 38 case, any opinion's will be great

Do you know what caused the overcharge? Titegroup meters pretty well. That charge is not that high for a 357, but you didn't mention bullet weight.

....................................... bullet weight 158 lead , im not sure what caused the overcharge, the load was suppose to be for 38+p, I usually use H110 for 357 .

That's one reason why I only use 357Mag cases an set aside the 38SP cases for shooting wax. What powder measure are you using? In my Lee powder measure, I make sure I don't tap the feeder before/after dumping powder and I'm usually within 0.1gr. With my RCBS powder measure, I notice I do have to give it a light tap-tap on the handle after I dump powder to keep it consistent to 0.1gr. If I don't do the light double tap, I can be off by as much as 0.5gr.

5.0 grains of Titegroup is the maximum load for a 158 grain lead SWC in a .357 case.
In a shorter case , pressures will go up so 5.0 grains in a .38 special case will be a HOT load.
IMO, since your powder charge changed on you, I would be very hesitant to use them.
