.357 premium loads availible?

Asking for a friend of mine, never done much research on the subject as I reaload my own .38 and .357. What is the best over the counter .357 ammo, meaning most power for the buck. Price does not seem to be a issue, just looking for some heavy hitters.

Any ideas as to what is availible in Canada for decent .357 ammo?
