.357 sig in 9mm mags. Will they fit??

Am I confused here? I read somewhere recently that .357 Sig will fit in 9mm mags, but I think they are based on .40 cases right? So they would fit in .40 SW mags and not 9mm mags?

might depend on a magazine (.357 in 9mm), but yes .357sig has a .40 necked down case, so yes they would fit in a .40s&w magazine

They don't work in 9mm mags, only in 40SW mags.
