I am curious if anyone has ever seen/heard of a Sig P229 in .357 Sig in Canada. I am thinking it would have likely had to have a custom barrel made for it, as I cannot find any info on a restricted length .357 barrel from Sig. I'd like to get shooting some .357 out of my 229, but not really sure how to make this happen. Let me know if you have seen or heard of one in Canada.

The 229 would require an extended barrel to be restricted (stock form would be prohibited).

Yeah I have always liked the idea of lobbing a 9mm bullet at fairly high for an auto pistol velocities downrange. I also saw that ammosupply.ca has a decent amount of .357 Sig, which prompted me to look into it. I haven't found any evidence of a longer than prohib barrel length in .357 for the Sig, but I will call Questar and find out.
