I need some help in purchasing cast bullits for this cal. Also guidance in this endeavour. I reload jacketed , want to try something different . Earl

Your best option is to buy some casting equipment and make your own.

Its fun,interesting, and rewarding!
My suggestion is if you decide to try casting your own, read up on it on the "Cast boolets" web site.
Ask all the questions you want. They are like this site, very willing to help!

I also suggest getting a 190-200 grain flat pointed round nose "Ranch Dog" or "NOE" design moulds (typically drop .360 diameter bullets better suited for most .358 caliber rifles shooting cast bullets).
These type of bullets really seem to hammer the black bears, and deer!

i don't make .358 bullets. Maybe i need to look into it.
IMR4895 has worked well for me in the 9.3x57 with cast bullets, i think it might be good in .358 winchester too, since 9.3x57 is quite similar to .358 win in case capacity. I had velocity up to 2100 fps without leading but backed it off to 1800 fps to regulate with the fixed iron sights.

i contacted the bullit barn they have 35 cal fp gc slg 358" would this work im using blr in 358

You'll need to slug your barrel to figure out if they will work for you. Get a lead fishing sinker bigger than your barrel. Lightly lube it up and drive it through your barrel (I use a wooden dowl) taking care to catch the slug when it exits the chamber. You don't want to drop it as it may deform. Measure the largest diameter of it with a micrometer. You will then want a bullet sized approximately .002" larger for best success. For example, if your slug measures .357", you will want a .359" bullet. So there is a good possibility that the .358" bullet wouldn't work in that scenario without leading. If your barrel slugs at .356" or smaller, that .358" bullet will be satisfactory, although Bullet Barn lube has been in my experience way too hard.
