375H&H Hunting Loads

What do you guys like to use in your 375H&H for hunting? I'm thinking about TSX's or 260gr Nosler Partitions.

I'm currently using 270 grain A-Frames and 77 grains of H414 or W760 for softs, and 300 grain Barnes banded solids. same powder, same charge. I shot a pile of game with 270 & 300 grain TSXs and much prefer the Swift now. For whatever reason I couldn't get the Nosler Partitions shooting much better than minute of Coke can in a couple .375s. Your luck may be better.

Why the Swift over the TSX? More interested in the 270s as I have them going in mine, but not shot game with them yet.

I'm getting 3" groups with the 270s at 200yds.

I'm finding a big difference in just how hard the A-frames hit. It's hard to even hear or see a TSX hit half of the time, and I'm getting a bit tired of PHs that are glued to binos telling me I missed when the animals wanted to run a bit before they died. By constrast when an A-frame smacks into something there's not a lot of mystery, just one hell of a KERwhoomp and a staggered or flattened critter.
I shot 3 buffalo and 2 red stags with 270 grain A-Frames in April and I can only say the difference to TSXs is day and night. It's hard to impress a buffalo with a bullet, but I was able to flatten a couple of them. Shots were all close, a lot of bone got hit, and placement varied from quartering away, to broadside through both shoulders, to a frontal that turned and got one through the hip, spine and ended up by the off-side shoulder. I honestly don't know what a 300 grain could have done better, and I'll put the .375 with A-Frames up against the .416 with TSXs.
It's not like I hate TSXs, I still use them in a lot of calibers. It's just that I think that the absolute hardest soft around just might be a bit of a specialty thing. Everything has it's trade-offs, and the TSXs penetration comes at a cost of less frontal area.
