37mm & 40mm question

Has anyone ever seen or witnessed a side by side, double barreled 37 or 40mm launcher?

i read an article years ago, i believe your pump version was manufactured by a company in california called "china lake" and the gun was simply the china lake pump action....maybe im wrong, im quoting from memory

it is a double barrel!!

BUT the round a little bit bigger then the M203...
