37mm Flare Ammo

Try a boating supply shop. Flare guns are required on boats over a specific length, I think. Most of 'em are 12 gauge though.
37 mm flares run around $10 each and have to be the right one for the gun. They cannot be exported from the States without their Federal permit.

Um, no they don't.
"We currently do not sell to parties outside the United States or export any weapons."
Their. There. They're. Three different meanings.

Yea! Iam searching for some too! They're hard to come by here in Can. Dlask Arms has adapters for 12 gauge and the 26.5 flares. They had some 37 flare launchers sold out now. They might be importing some from the Ceck republic last that I heard.

I'm looking into getting some Nylon casings made at a local plastic injection shop. They'll be empty but will be easy to load. Design will use the retired black film canister (you know, before stuff went digital) as a payload. Most shoppers drugmarts photo labs (or any other photo lab) will give you a garbage bag full for free. They just recycle them. Shotgun primer. You can fill the canister with whatever you want. You can put an army man with a parachute inside the canister (no lid) and launch that. Should fall out and float to earth.
I'll experiment lots more once I have the casings.

Anyone else interested?
I don't have any quote yet, shop said they can do it, but they want drawings. Working on those now.

I don't plan to sell any loaded ones. I barely have enough time to shoot.
