Hey there CGN

I know there must be other 37mm fanatics out there that are looking to feed their launchers.

I was thinking we could get a community going and share any tips or recipes regarding reloading or sourcing components.
or just show off our launchers!( as the saying goes- "this thread is useless without pics!")

Ill get some pics up here tonight and start it off.

But please feel free to chip in and share any secrets that you might have.

Cheers

By 37mm do you mean grenades VS artillery? I have a Tac-D and I do a great deal of reloading for it. I also know of a US supplier who can ship aluminum reloadable hulls and payload tubes to Canada, if that's where you are located.

Hey there!

I've only shot flares and bangers out of my cobray 37mm. can we do grenade here in canada? smoke would be awesome too.

I am located in Canada and would love to know who can ship this stuff across the borders.
I saw a MOAB shell that looked like it would be a *blast*

MLR Distributing. You have to email Mark directly from the website for Canadian orders. They can only ship components - no powder, etc. I've only made bird-bangers. I'd like to do fireworks but I can't find anywhere in Canada to sell supplies without a pyrotechnics license.

And no grenades, lol. I don't know what permit you'd need for that, but I don't have one and explosives scare me.

Mark is a great guy - he'll send reloading instructions and amounts, etc. I've used my bird-bangers based on what he sent and they work perfectly.

Thanks for sharing JC. Ill have to reach out to Mark and see whats available.

I wonder if you could just buy some bulk packs of fireworks at the corner store, or road flares and use that for the payload?

I think you can, for the fireworks at least. It may not be as cost-effective, is all. I've fired 26.5mm flares from DLask & Tradex. They're awesome but a tad pricey. The aluminum is thin-walled. I know Mark sells 26.5mm reloads but I don't know if the old ones are reloadable. I saved all my hulls for those just in case.

Also - my latest info for cleaning the aluminum hulls. So far, I've found soap and water and an SOS pad work. I tried tumbling them with corn butit did nothing. I may try walnut next. I just want to be careful since aluminum is softer than brass.
